20th Annual Head of School Conference 2025
“Global Leaders – Choose to Lead”
Wellington College
Friday 10th October 2025, 9am – 4:15pm
This is a fantastic opportunity for your pupils leaders (Years 13) to meet other head pupils and share ideas on how best to lead the student body they are responsible for.
Why Should Students Attend This Conference?
This conference aims to inspire student leaders about the positive impact they can have by leading with compassion and bringing out the best in others. The theme as per previous years will be Leadership and the conference will include:
- Keynotes
- Breakout Sessions
- Panel speaking about their Leadership Journey followed by Q & A
- A networking opportunity over tea and cake after the conference ends (this session has been reported as the most useful by attendees at past head of school conferences)
- A group photo
- Delegates will have ample opportunity to network during registration, refreshment breaks, lunch and refreshments after the conference
Who Should Attend
Head boys, head girls and/or school captains in Year 13. A maximum of 2 student leaders (head boys / head girls) per school. Due to the popularity of this conference we are restricting this day to head pupils only. NB: We do NOT expect staff to attend this conference. If for logistics reasons, a member of staff needs to accompany the students then please contact us to enable us to enable you to complete safeguarding procedures in place.
Attendee Fee
The cost is £37.50 per attendee: all refreshments including lunch.
We have a small number of bursaries available for students from academies or maintained schools. If your school would like to request this facility, please contact Emmie Bidston, ejb@wellingtoncollege.org.uk.
