Course Outcomes
Participants should develop their coaching from the Foundational Course, so that they are more practised, expert and confident in the Foundational skills.
Learn to use 5 more significant tools. 3 of these are internal resources, and 2 are tools to make a long term goal come to reality. All 5 of these apply the Foundational skills consistently.
Important Information
The Advanced Coaching course builds on the knowledge and experience of Foundational Coaching. The Foundational skills are reaffirmed, improved and developed as participants also learn and practise new and transformative tools and techniques to enhance their coaching.
Coaching Certification
For those who have completed both Foundational and Advanced Coaching courses, there will soon be an opportunity to become a certified coach. Coaches will need to log coaching hours, and to submit recorded or observed.
Attendee Fee
This two day course costs £200 and includes refreshments and lunch.
The Bridge offer a 50% discount to all state/maintained schools and an 80% discount to Wellington College Learning Alliance and Forest Learning Alliance Schools. Course costs are as follows:
- WCLA and FLA Schools – £40 per person
- Maintained/State Schools – £100 per person
- Independent Schools/All other attendees – £200 per person
