The Bridge hosts a coaching community of reflective practice for those who have completed its advanced coaching course.
Dean Clayden (Director of Professional Development WCEC), and James Ellis (Professional Certified Coach @ The Bridge) lead sessions designed to support coaches with reflective practice, and introduce new coaching techniques to further develop your coaching practice. The sessions will serve two main missions; the development of outstanding coaching practice in the education community, and the connection of educators using coaching to support their people and their cultures across the world.
The Coaching in Community sessions are free of charge to all who have complete The Bridge: Advanced Coaching.
