Course Overview
This course is suitable for new and aspiring middle leaders in schools.
As part of the course, we will have a panel of experienced leaders from across a variety of schools who will answer your questions and discuss the key issues of academic leadership.

Course Outcomes
- To raise awareness of key issues of importance to participants in middle leadership
- To increase confidence and competence in dealing with the challenges of middle leadership in schools
- To provide opportunities to share experience and good practice with colleagues
- To encourage reflection and critical evaluation of middle leadership practices and professional issues
Attendee Fee
This one day course costs £130 and includes refreshments and lunch.
The Bridge offer a 50% discount to all state/maintained schools and an 80% discount to Wellington College Learning Alliance and Forest Learning Alliance Schools. Course costs are as follows:
- WCLA and FLA Schools – £26 per person
- Maintained/State Schools – £65 per person
- Independent Schools/All other attendees – £130 per person
