Course Overview

This course is suitable for new and aspiring senior leaders in schools.

As part of the course, we will have a panel of experienced leaders from a variety of schools who will answer your questions and discuss the key issues of academic leadership.

• Contributing to a flourishing school
• Understanding the challenges and opportunities of senior leadership
• Getting the best out of your team

Course Outcomes
• To raise awareness of key issues of importance to participants in senior leadership
• To increase confidence and competence in dealing with the challenges of senior leadership in schools
• To provide opportunities to share experience and good practice with colleagues
• To encourage reflection and critical evaluation of senior leadership practices and professional issues

Attendee Fee

This online course is delivered over 3 x 1hr30 sessions and costs £100 per person

The Bridge offer a 50% discount to all state/maintained schools and an 80% discount to Wellington College Learning Alliance and Forest Learning Alliance Schools. Course costs are as follows:

  • WCLA and FLA Schools – £20 per person
  • Maintained/State Schools – £50 per person
  • Independent Schools/All other attendees – £100 per person

Participants MUST attend all three sessions to complete the course.
