Course Overview
This course is suitable for new and aspiring senior leaders in schools.
As part of the course, we will have a panel of experienced leaders from across a variety of schools who will answer your questions and discuss the key issues of academic leadership.

• Contributing to a flourishing school
• Understanding the challenges and opportunities of senior leadership
• Getting the best out of your team
Course Outcomes
• To raise awareness of key issues of importance to participants in senior leadership
• To increase confidence and competence in dealing with the challenges of senior leadership in schools
• To provide opportunities to share experience and good practice with colleagues
• To encourage reflection and critical evaluation of senior leadership practices and professional issues
Attendee Fee
The one day course costs £130 and includes refreshments and lunch.
The 3 x Online session course costs £100 per person.
The Bridge offer a 50% discount to all state/maintained schools and an 80% discount to Wellington College Learning Alliance and Forest Learning Alliance Schools. One day In-Person/3 x Online session course costs are as follows:
- WCLA and FLA Schools – £26/£20
- Maintained/State Schools – £65/£50
- Independent Schools/All other attendees – £130/£100
